Our Concept for Development


At Idol Football, our mission is to discover and develop players.

The development itself we separate into 4 distinct categories:

🏋️‍♂️Physical Training

🏃‍♂️Individual Training

🕴️Team Training

⚽Game


Physical training, mostly in the gym, is necessary to work on strength, power, agility, explosiveness, and to prevent injuries. It is an important part for sure, but not a key area in any team sport.


Individual training is an opportunity to focus on the areas which you cannot work on with the team. This is personalized for every player, as every individual has their strengths and weaknesses. We identify every player’s unique characteristics and tailor the training regimen to suit their needs.



Team training is what allows you to synchronize with your teammates and to develop understanding of the team's identity and game model both individually, and as a group. As football is a team sport, no amount of gym or individual training will ever replicate team training with 100% accuracy.


Game is the culmination of every training week, and the day everybody looks forward to the most. We believe that your performance in training will directly translate to your performance on the pitch. How you prepare during the week is ultimately how you can expect to perform come game time.
