Balthasar showed excellent character, technical ability, and capacity to play in multiple positions at our recent Swedish Summer Showcase, proving exactly why these platforms matter. With the scouts in attendance, he was invited for a trial with Glacis and after impressing during his trial he is now joining the Gibraltar Premier League side. Roger is a talented 18-year-old electric winger with several national team call-ups for his home nation of Bermuda, and who has time after time impressed us and the scouts with his tenacity, speed, and uncompromising work rate and the right attitude. Taking this next step in his career is a good step in the right direction and we are excited to see him develop further with Glacis.

This summer’s Showcase 2026 finished on a high, with players earning contracts at pro clubs. With our record 7(!) games in 4 weeks, our players got the most opportunity yet.

After lots of interest from players all over the world, we’re excited to officially announce the next Idol Football International Showcase 🇸🇪⚽ taking place in Sweden, February 15– March 1, 2027.

The 2027 Showcase will bring the same winning formula:
✅ 14 days of training with UEFA-licensed coaches to prepare for trials.
✅ 4 competitive matches vs Swedish opposition to showcase players directly to the clubs.
✅ Full match recordings & individual feedback to continue improving.
✅ Exposure to clubs and scouts actively recruiting for the new season.

2 weeks and 1 month packages available.
