Strength & Conditioning work is necessary to become faster, stronger, more agile, and more explosive. It is important for any team and sport.
Individual training is an opportunity to focus on areas you cannot work on with the team. This is personalized for every player, as every individual has strengths and weaknesses. We identify every player's unique characteristics and tailor the training program to suit their needs.
Team training allows you to synchronize with your teammates and develop an understanding of the team's identity and game model both individually and as a group. As football is a team sport, no gym or individual training will ever replicate team training.
The Game is the culmination of every training week, and the day everybody looks forward to the most. We believe that your performance in training will directly translate to your performance on the pitch. How you prepare during the week is ultimately how you can expect to perform come game time.
The education part is always present and includes analysis and tactical Education of the players. Regardless of the result, we still must analyze the players' performance and identify the areas to improve. Tactical Education is necessary for players to become better and develop their understanding of the Game.
